Small, lightweight, and intended for two people. It is an essential part of both evacuation kits. I was convinced by an argument from one of my mentors: during an evacuation, you may lose your backpack, and then the only things left are what you have on you in your pockets. Imagine arriving tired, soaked, and chilled at a Red Cross point where hot soup is being handed out, only to find that because of the large number of people, there are no dishes left. That is exactly why you should carry such a kit in your pocket. I have mine, and I believe you should have one too.
