A very lightweight and inexpensive padlock, made of plastic, so you shouldn't expect great durability. Ideal for securing a bag while travelling. If someone breaks into your tent, they could destroy the padlock, cut the bag, or take the whole luggage. The padlock doesn't have to be super sturdy – its quality and price match its use and expectations. Clearly, Gerda padlocks with a key are more secure, but are heavy and impractical for air travel. I definitely recommend this for a suitcase.
