Typical VICTORINOX quality, the handle is very comfortable and (to my surprise) made from a different, rougher and more pleasant material for the hand than those in Victorinox vegetable knives. The knife is extremely sharp straight from the factory and very light. You can find videos online showing how to use it in the style of Chinese chefs. An excellent product!
