UF Pro Storm Chaser Windbreaker Jacket - Black

A lightweight windproof jacket in black, made of polyamide fabric that effectively protects against wind. The fabric surface has been additionally waterproofed to provide a basic level of water resistance. The whole jacket weighs only 200 grams and fits easily into a small package thanks to its high compression ratio.

The model is fastened with a zip, covered with a strip that protects against wind and moisture. Elastic cuffs made of schoeller-dynamic material guarantee a snug fit around the wrists, and drawstrings with stoppers at the bottom of the jacket allow you to adjust the circumference to your figure.

Adjustable hood, two pockets

The deep, adjustable hood with a Hood/Harness system moves with the head, increasing comfort in harsh weather conditions and preventing the hood from slipping off. The jacket also has two hip pockets with zip fastenings.

It consists of a harness in the form of adjustable straps and Velcro, which allow the hood size to be precisely adjusted to the wearer's head. Minimizes the movement of the hood during sudden movements, wind or intense physical activity, prevents the hood from obstructing the field of vision. Allows the hood to be conveniently folded down to form a collar.

I had to take it to the mountains as extra protection (the weather turned out to be completely different than predicted). During very strong winds, when put on a wet body, it didn't let in a bit of air. I admit that when wearing it daily I was a bit disappointed, as it felt like a cheap jacket. However, I have to say it has great value! It's an excellent product that is definitely worth having with you in the summer (especially since it easily fits in a thigh pocket).

A very high-quality, light and reliable jacket. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a pocket-bag to pack it into, but if you roll it up, it takes up very little space and fits perfectly into a small rucksack or travel bag pocket. It protects well against wind and light rain. The hood adjustment is good.
