I had ordered the Cusion version, read reviews about the difference between the Pads Impact and Cusion, had them at home, and in the end, because I needed protection against unexpected impacts to the knee, I chose the Impact version. I tried different brands, but the problem was mostly that they moved around in the trousers; this one so far stays where it should, and the knee protection is great.

I paired these with UF PRO Solid Tactical Knee Pads for maximum knee protection. Compared to your regular cheap strapped knee pads these are lightyears ahead, sure they cost a bit more but begin on your kneed for longer durations or just sitting around you can always be ready to go. Having wrecked my knees in the youth I can vouch for these inside any pair or pants - they are fairly low profile without sacrificing protection and don't press on your knees even when sitting for longer periods of time.

These knee pads are very comfortable I have used them in my fjallraven trousers and ufpro trousers and they fit perfectly. It's great that they have the option of adding the solid knee protectors in them. Just remember to take them out of your trousers before washing as they don't do so well in a washing machine.

Very pleasant and excellent quality, which is not surprising. I use them together with UF PRO Solid. The whole set is noticeably felt on the legs because of the weight. If you choose a model without rear Velcro on the left and right side, the inserts may shift slightly. For running, they work moderately well.

These insoles effectively protect against punctures from sharp objects, but the cushioning is practically nonexistent. I use them only in very high humidity, for example, during heavy rain. Unlike soft cushioning insoles, they don't absorb water because they are made of some kind of plastic.

Extremely comfortable inserts. They are similar in thickness to Helikon foams, but dampen shocks much better. Additionally, you can fit hard panels in them for protection against sharp objects. They should not be trimmed due to their material finish – if someone wants to fit them into different trousers than UF Pro models.
