A set of textile resistance bands by THORN+fit. It consists of 3 loops that generate different resistance (light, medium, hard). The bands are made of elastic fabric, which provides comfort during training and does not cause an unpleasant feeling of stretching the skin. The material is easy to clean and resistant to mechanical damage.
Resistance Textile rubbers can be used for mobilization, activation, stabilization exercises and functional training. They allow you to implement diverse training plans - both at home and outside.
