Great choice for everyday summer wear. The material is light, durable and breathable, and the multicam variant has an interesting, greener shade than brown, which for me is a plus. The trousers are very comfortable and airy – highly recommended.
Texar WZ10 Shorts - Black
Shorts in Black are a shortened version of the WZ10 model. Thanks to the numerous pockets and their thoughtful placement, they are perfect for both urban use and field activities.
Polyester and cotton construction reinforced with rip-stop
Made from a blend of polyester (60%) and cotton (40%), these shorts offer good resistance to mechanical damage while being lighter and quicker to dry than fully cotton models. The use of rip-stop further enhances the durability of the fabric. The proper cut and reinforcements in the seat and crotch areas contribute to long product life.
6 spacious pockets
The model includes 6 practical pockets:
- 2 classic hip pockets
- 2 back pockets with button closure
- 2 large cargo pockets with button closure
Wide belt loops, waist adjustment, loops

Unfortunately, the product is very poor. The material is thin, and the seams at the right pocket have already started to come apart, even though I haven't put anything in it yet. The finish is very poor. I do not recommend this product.
-
There is one downside: the buttonhole at the fly is too small, the button barely fits, and when trying to undo the second one, I felt like I might tear it off. I hope they improve this, because it's like ordering size XL trousers and getting size M.
-
A great choice for hot days, mainly due to the material used. The thigh and back pockets have Velcro, so your wallet stays safe during various activities. There are side adjustment straps, so you don’t need to use a belt. The material is very durable and high-quality, and the whole thing is extremely practical and functional. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I'm a fan of Texar for their shorts. This is already my second purchase – everything is well designed, carefully sewn and comfortable. The size matches the description, great for hot days, I definitely recommend.
-
After a season of use, I can confirm: they are very comfortable, the colour matches the photo, and the material is durable. What I value most is that it's a Polish company offering great products. I plan to buy more in other colours.
-
Very good shorts, I used them interchangeably with Helikon shorts throughout the entire summer and they caused no problems. They dry quickly after washing, have a great pocket layout and the price is excellent – I definitely recommend them.
-
On the plus side: workmanship, cut and material. On the minus side: after one season, the green faded from the sun, especially on the thighs, and from the top you can see it turns brown.
-
Excellent shorts – they're among the few models which are the right length, so at my height of 190 cm, I don't look like I've borrowed them from my older brother. The material is now thicker and better stitched – you can see the improvement in quality.
-
Solid and practical material and a well-fitting cut. Enough pockets and the possibility to wear a wide belt. A very good choice for summer.
-
The advantages of these shorts are length and durability. The material is stiff, so you may hear rustling when walking. The waistband drawstrings perform their function well, and the side pockets are very spacious.
-
The quality of these shorts is average. They faded after the first wash, the stitching at the buttons is poorly done, and the plastic buckles on the waistband look very flimsy. Overall, not great.
-
Shorts supposedly intended for summer, but the material is as thick as autumn trousers. I felt better in long Pentagon BDU trousers than in these shorts. The fly buttons are not practical – it's hard to undo or do them up, especially with new shorts. I regret the purchase, even though I chose them because they were cheaper than the competition. Unfortunately, Texar's quality has declined and this is yet another unsuccessful purchase from this company. I do not recommend them.
-
The shorts work brilliantly. I haven't noticed any problems with quality or appearance. Very practical, already used several times. Definitely recommend for warm days or during heatwaves.
-
Pros: very comfortable, lightweight trousers perfect for summer days, made from durable material, with large cargo pockets. Cons: the upper, front pockets have fairly narrow openings, and the buttons need resewing after only a few washes.
