Size L for a height of 186 cm and weight of 80 kg is appropriate, although the sleeves could be a bit longer, but they're fine. The stretchy material doesn't bother me. The model does not have mesh under the arms, if that's important to someone. In use, it works well, minor water splashes do not soak in, you just shake them off.
