In my opinion, this is currently one of the best jackets on the market — I’ve already bought my third one, this time in black. I had the first one, a green one, about 7 years ago, then a coyote-coloured version, and now I chose the black one. The oldest one is still in very good condition, everything works flawlessly, especially the zips, because there really isn’t much else on it that could break. The second one has also performed excellently, which is why I’m convinced I’ll be satisfied with the newest one as well. For me, these are perfect winter jackets — all you need is a fleece underneath and a neck warmer, and even freezing temperatures are not a problem. The biggest advantages of this model are the chest pockets and the zip-open underarm ventilation. If you buy one, there’s a good chance you’ll come back for another. The price is very good, and size L fits perfectly at a height of 173 cm, as if it were tailor-made. Hopefully, the Militaria shop will have more products like this.

Great softshell jacket. At 183 cm tall and 87 kg, I recommend size L, especially if you prefer a more fitted cut. A regular hoodie fits underneath it without any problem. When worn with short sleeves, some people may find the ventilation zips on the shoulders annoying. I rate the build quality positively — it performed well in the rain, I didn’t get soaked, and I stayed warm. Another big advantage for me is the patch panels.

Of all the reviews I've written here, this is the one I wanted to leave the most. The jacket is of average quality, the pockets are not deep, and the hood doesn’t fold and hangs awkwardly on the shoulders. The jacket is designed exclusively for a person with a thin build. My advice: don’t skimp, pay a bit more and buy a Helikon Gunfighter jacket. I have one too, just in a different colour.

Good morning. I really like the Texar jacket. I chose size XXL so I could wear something underneath – I wear a Texar fleece under it and it works great. Normally I choose XL for everyday wear. The sleeves are a bit too long, but that's not a problem, I'm 182 cm tall. The hood is a little big, but I'm sure I'll get used to it over time. Overall, a very nice jacket, I recommend it and send my regards to the shop.

I am 179 cm tall and weigh 86 kg – size L fits me perfectly. I tested the jacket in February in temperatures from -5 to +2 degrees, together with a sweatshirt and T-shirt. In urban conditions, it provided good protection against the cold and I didn’t feel chilly. It offers good wind protection, and the hood is very practical thanks to its adjustability. During moderate rain, the inside of the jacket stayed dry and the seams did not let any water in. The sleeve pockets are spacious and convenient for small items, but the front pockets won’t secure larger items properly if the zips aren’t fastened – for example, a phone or notebook could easily fall out if the zippers are open or break. The back pocket works flawlessly. Overall, I recommend this jacket, but you should be aware of the downside with the narrow front pockets.

When buying the jacket, I had some concerns about the quality of the materials and workmanship. However, after receiving the parcel, I can confirm that there really is nothing to complain about in this regard. The seams are solid, there are no loose threads, and the whole thing is very well sewn. The material makes a good impression, but only time will tell how durable it is. The jacket fits well and seems warm enough for autumn and spring. Overall, I am very satisfied.

When searching for a jacket, I wanted a model just like the one the shop offers. The jacket works great in rain and wind, I have no complaints. At first, I didn't like the visor on the hood, but it turns out to be very practical. The pockets are placed really well, although that comes down to individual preference.

Great jacket. My child is very happy! For this price, ventilation openings under the arms are a real luxury – that's already a reason to buy it. And on top of that, the price is very good.
