The cap is very successful, comfortable to wear, and fashionable. This model used by the US Army is better than a cap with a brim because it fits the head better and dries faster. I recommend it – great quality.

Good, cheap patrol cap. At this price, there's nothing to complain about. It has a long brim that protects against the sun. The metal size adjuster is also a big plus, you don't have to worry about anything breaking.

Good cap at an affordable price. I mainly chose it because of the camouflage. The visor is shorter than in Helikon. However, Helikon offers better adjustment and seems to have a larger size range. The Texar cap I received fit a head with a maximum circumference of 58 cm, which surprised me because many reviews suggested it was a larger model.

Cap bought for my dad, looks good and is carefully sewn, but the peak is shorter than on Helikon brand caps. The size surprised me a bit – at maximum loosened adjustment it fits a circumference of 59cm, whereas Helikon products offer a greater range. I also don’t think it’s as deep as some other reviews suggest. Everyone has a different head, so the differences in assessment are probably due to that.
