These balaclavas are really durable. I've been using two of them for the third year in a row now. I've washed them multiple times – the colour has changed from black to grey, but there are no holes, fraying or split seams. This is important, as you need to wash them often because of the moisture from breathing. They're made of cotton, are breathable and can be transformed into a hat or neck warmer. The material is thin, so they work great in spring and autumn, but in winter, just wear two layers and they'll protect well against the frost. Thanks to this, your face and head are properly insulated and warm. They fit perfectly under a helmet and cause no discomfort.
