Stone whetstone Taidea Splash 2000/6000

Ceramic whetstone in gradations 2000/6000. The abrasive surface is 20 centimetres by 7 centimetres.

 - Gradation 2000 is used for polishing and giving a final polish.
 - Gradation 6000 is used to achieve a perfectly smooth and polished cutting edge.

The set includes a stand to prevent the whetstone from slipping while working, a diamond stone for levelling its surface and a box.

Instructions for use: soak the stone in water (just spray) or use sharpener oil. Place the whetstone on a flat surface. To sharpen the knife, slide first one side of the knife and then the other side of the knife over the stone (applying light pressure) several times. When sharpening the knife, make sure to keep the correct angle (15°-30°).
