Snugpak Softie Elite 1 Sleeping Bag - Olive
Light sleeping bag in Olive, with a mummy construction, providing comfortable body positioning and freedom of movement during sleep. Made from Snugpack's proprietary materials such as Paratex Micro, Paratex Light, and Softie. Inside the sleeping bag, there is a layer of Reflectatherm that reflects heat generated by the body, significantly improving thermal comfort during use.
Temperature and usage conditions
The Softie Elite 1 model is designed as a single-season sleeping bag, suitable for use in warmer months. The temperature range provided by the manufacturer is from 2 to 7 deg. C.
Paratex Micro and Paratex Light material, DWR coating
The outer layer of the sleeping bag is made from durable Paratex Micro material, which is highly windproof and breathable and has an additional DWR coating to protect against soaking. Inside, Paratex Light is used - a material with good breathability and moisture-wicking properties. Under the inner layer is a metalised Reflectatherm fabric that reflects heat generated by the body, increasing the thermal efficiency of the sleeping bag by approximately 15%.
Softie filling
The thermal insulation system is based on Softie type filling. The material is characterised by a special fibre structure, providing high resilience, resistance to moisture, and retention of thermal insulation properties even after repeated compressing and use in difficult conditions.
Built-in expansion panel, reinforced foot area
The sleeping bag has a built-in expansion panel, which when unfolded increases the range of movement and allows for temperature regulation. At the bottom, there are clips that allow the sleeping bag to be shortened, and internal reinforcement of the foot area enables sleeping in shoes without damaging the fabric.
Two-way YKK zip, adjustable hood
The sleeping bag has 2 internal pockets and a two-way YKK zip, which is protected by a thermal strip that prevents heat loss and zip blockage. Internal loops allow for the attachment of an insert to the sleeping bag, and an adjustable hood allows for user fit and limits heat loss outside.
