Compact 3-in-1 sharp ener for quick sharpening of knives. Equipped with two sharpening slots, a diamond rod and a ceramic stone.
The slots help maintain a constant angle corresponding to the optimal profile of the cutting edge. Sharpening of severely dulled knives, in just a few strokes, is made possible by a tungsten carbide slot. The second slot, with ceramic rods, is used for ongoing sharpening and polishing.
The diamond rod allows you to sharpen not only knives with smooth and serrated blades, but also concave blades (so-called recurve or kukri).
