Double-sided synthetic sharpening stone made of aluminium oxide, with 100/240 grit and dimensions of 102 x 26 x 10 mm.
- 100 grit is used for restoring the cutting edge on heavily worn blades.
- 240 grit is intended for the initial treatment of dull tools.
The set includes a nylon pouch for the sharpening stone.
Method of use: Soak the stone in water or use sharpening oil. Place the sharpening stone on a flat surface. To sharpen a knife, move it across the stone several times, applying light pressure, first with one side of the blade and then the other. During sharpening, the proper knife angle must be maintained (15-30 degrees).
