After more than forty years of using my old SILVA compass "made in Sweden," I decided to treat myself to this SILVA Ranger 3 map compass "made in China." The quality is still there: the SILVA brand is often copied but rarely equalled. For me, this product offers a good compromise between price and features, given the infrequent use I will make of it. The needle is precise, the dial turns smoothly, and the markings are easy to read. The parcel delivery to France was very fast. Well done to the Militaria team for their efficient organisation!
