Compact monocular Silva Pocket with fixed magnification of x7 and objective diameter of 18mm. Its low weight and dimensions mean that the monocular will fit into a trouser pocket or backpack compartment. It is the perfect solution for any hiker, nature enthusiast, needing a compact optic with good image performance.

The monocular's housing is made of lightweight plastic and its exterior is covered with an anti-slip rubberised coating. The entire unit is resistant to mechanical damage and has an IPX6 waterproof rating, providing protection against rain and temporary immersion in water.

    The monocular is very compact. The image is decent for such a small device. The biggest drawback is the very short eye relief – in order to make full use of the wide field of view, you basically have to press your eye against the eyepiece, which is uncomfortable for people who wear glasses. If you need something as an emergency for a pouch, it will work, but for more regular use it's better to choose a slightly larger model with better specifications for greater comfort.

    For this price, it is really a very good device. The image is very bright. A minor downside might be the focus adjustment, which works a bit loosely. Apart from that, I have no complaints.
