Salewa Alp Mate Winter Mid WP Boots - Onyx/Black
Trekking boots with a high-cut upper, intended for winter hiking, trekking, and use with snowshoes. The upper is made from a durable combination of suede leather and stretch fabric, while contact with the ground is handled by the grippy Pomoca Winter Hike outsole. The design uses PowerTex and 3F System technologies as well as a wool lining, responsible for waterproofing, ankle support, and protection against low temperatures.

The upper is made of 1.2 - 1.4 mm thick suede leather and durable, damage-resistant stretch material, which translates into flexibility and durability. A full 360-degree rubber rand is placed around the entire boot to protect against contact with rocks, snow, and ice. The 3F System with Kevlar cords is responsible for precise heel hold and lateral support, while Flex Collar technology allows the ankle joint to move naturally.
PowerTex membrane
The waterproof PowerTex membrane creates a protective barrier against snow, mud, and rain. Its structure effectively blocks moisture while also supporting breathability, which helps maintain dry conditions inside the footwear during winter activity.
Alpine Wool insulation, Salewa insole

The Pomoca Winter Hike outsole was developed for stability on slippery ground, providing traction on rock, mud, snow, and ice. Climbing Lacing lacing system and rear loop
