Liquid-damped dial, phosphorescent markings
The immersion of the direction-indicating dial in liquid allows for the use of the compass while running or marching. A thin-wire front sight and peep rear sight with a magnifier enable very precise bearings, while phosphorescent markings aid navigation after dark.
Durable construction
Solid, closable housing protects the compass's polycarbonate window from scratches and damage.
