Great compass for working with a map in the field. It contains all the necessary features, is solidly made, the plastic is thicker, and the mirror is a great addition. The price to quality ratio is very good, I have no complaints at this price point. I definitely recommend Silvia brand products.

A simple plate compass with a lockable protective flap, it is made of polymer and REVO material (recycled plastic reinforced with hemp fibers) and has a classic box-like design.
Under the lockable flap there is a mirror, which allows you to determine your bearing while viewing the compass dial. The mirror also has a signaling function, allowing you to indicate your position and transmit messages in Morse code. The transparent base bears a millimeter/inch ruler and two scales for reading distances from a map.
A rotating ring with a graduated scale is placed on a polymer base. Inside the ring are lines for accurate bearing and a graduation scale for making a correction for magnetic declination.
Photoluminescent needle and directionalmarkings make the compass easy to use in low-light conditions. A magnifying glass allows you to read even the smallest details on the map.
It comes with a lanyard with a secure clasp for hanging around the neck.
