I chose size M. I am 170 cm tall and have a small belly. I think size S would also have worked. I consciously chose M because I use this clothing as an insulating layer during stops, worn over other clothes. The size fits perfectly. I have been using it for a month now, in temperatures appropriate for testing. The lowest recorded temperature was -23°C. When it was below -15°C, I wore it over a thermal shirt, 200 fleece and a quilted jacket or down jumper, especially when less active. The quilted jacket was needed because I felt cold. I often also put it under the Pilgrim during hiking with a backpack. Up to -15°C, it works well on its own. The long zips in the side pockets allow you to warm your hands with the hip belt fastened. Ventilation openings positively affect comfort during walks in the snow with a backpack. I am lowering my rating by one star because the hood could have been better designed. Overall, I recommend it.

Excellent jacket, at -15°C with a jumper on a light fleece, it's brilliant, but only if you’re moving—if you just stand still, you'll freeze. I took size XL for height 182 cm and 85 kg. If you wear it just with a T-shirt, it's a bit big, but it's perfect over a jumper.

Very comfortable and versatile parka. First item i buy from pentagon and i'm not disappointed at all. It works perfectly both for everyday use, such as walking the dog, and for more demanding activities like hiking in the mountains keeping you warm and dry. The jacket is great, very warm, looks fantastic and is made of excellent material. Definitely worth recommending. I wear size L at a height of 184 cm and a weight of 90 kg. You can still put on a thin fleece, but at temperatures down to minus 5 degrees it doesn't seem necessary.
