I chose size M. I am 170 cm tall and have a small belly. I think size S would also work. I consciously chose M because I use this clothing as an insulating layer during stops, worn over other clothes. The size fits perfectly. I've been using it for a month now, in temperatures suitable for tests. The lowest recorded temperature was -23°C. When it was below -15°C, I wore it over a thermal shirt, a 200 fleece, and a padded vest or down sweater, especially with less activity. The padded vest was needed because I felt cold. I often wore it under the Pilgrim as well, while hiking with a backpack. Up to -15°C, it works well on its own. The long zippers in the side pockets allow you to warm your hands with a fastened waist belt. The vents are beneficial for comfort while hiking in the snow with a backpack. I’m lowering my rating by a star because the hood could be better designed. Overall, I recommend it.

Great jacket, at -15°C with a light fleece sweater, it's excellent, but only if you're moving; if you stand still, you'll get cold. I took size XL for 182cm/85kg. If you wear it just over a T-shirt, it's a bit big, but under a sweater, it's perfect.

Very comfortable and versatile parka. First item i buy from pentagon and i'm not disappointed at all. It works perfectly both for everyday use, such as walking the dog, and for more demanding activities like hiking in the mountains keeping you warm and dry. The jacket is great, very warm, looks fantastic, and is made of excellent material. Definitely worth recommending. I wear size L at a height of 184 cm and weight of 90 kg. You can still wear a thin fleece underneath, but at temperatures down to minus 5 degrees, it doesn't seem necessary.
