The Era model is made from a material that is a blend of breathable cotton (35%) and durable polyester (65%). This material is characterised by a Rip-Stop weave that is resistant to abrasions and tears. Inside there is a lining that effectively wicks moisture. Mesh panels have been placed at the back, providing ventilation, making the cap suitable for wearing on hot summer days.
Cap circumference adjustment, emblem
An adjustment strap at the back allows for personal fitting of the cap to the head circumference.
An emblem with the company name and the inscription "Instructor Zero" is placed on the front panel.
