Green transport case with automatic pressure relief valve, designed for safe carrying and storage of equipment. The interior dimensions of 24.1 x 19.1 x 18.4 cm allow for the transportation of compact objects, ensuring their stability and minimizing movement during transport.

The design is developed for use in harsh conditions, where mechanical resistance and effective protection of equipment from external factors are crucial.

The housing is made from impact-resistant injection moulded HPX resin. The material features high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and weather conditions such as moisture, dust, and fluctuating temperatures. The structure secured by an O-ring meets the IP67 sealing standard, providing full protection against dust and resistance to immersion in water up to 1 metre for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with flexible cushioning foam, which effectively absorbs shocks and protects against mechanical damage. The insert structure allows for adaptation to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and reducing movement during transport. This enables individual adjustment of the protection level to the type of transported equipment, which is particularly important for delicate equipment.

The edges of the case are rounded and additionally reinforced, allowing for more effective dispersion of impact energy and reducing the risk of damage to both the housing and contents. Hinges are mounted in reinforced structural zones increasing their durability, which improves the overall durability of the opening and closing mechanism.

All metal components are made from stainless steel, providing resistance to corrosion and durable usability in demanding environmental conditions. The case has a buoyancy of up to 8.2 kg, which allows it to stay afloat with a load not exceeding this total mass.

The model is equipped with an automatic Vortex valve, responsible for equalising pressure between the interior of the case and the environment. This solution prevents the formation of a vacuum, which could hinder opening the case, e.g., during air transport or use in aquatic environments. The valve operates automatically, reacting to pressure differences without user intervention, which increases the convenience of the entire system.

The box is equipped with 2 Press&Pull latches, placed on the sides of the lid. The mechanism automatically locks upon closing, ensuring tightness and security of the transported contents. Opening occurs with a slight press of the latch, allowing for easy operation.

The case design allows for the use of a padlock, which secures the contents from unauthorised access during both transport and storage. The model has a single transport handle located at the top, allowing for convenient and stable carrying.
