The construction is designed for use in harsh conditions, where mechanical resistance and effective protection of equipment against external factors are crucial.

The housing is made of impact-resistant injection-molded HPX resin. The material is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and weather conditions such as moisture, dust, or temperature fluctuations. The design secured with an O-ring meets the IP67 tightness standard, providing full protection against dust and resistance to water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with elastic shock-absorbing foam, which effectively dampens shocks and protects against mechanical damage. The structure of the inserts allows for adaptation to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and reducing movement during transport. This allows for individualized adjustment of the protection level to the type of transported equipment, which is especially important for delicate equipment.

The edges of the case are rounded and additionally reinforced, which allows for more effective energy dispersion of impacts and reduces the risk of damage to both the housing and the contents. Hinges mounted in reinforced structural zones increase their durability, improving the longevity of the entire opening and closing mechanism.

All metal elements are made of stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and long-lasting use in demanding environmental conditions. The case features buoyancy up to 8.2 kg, allowing it to stay afloat with a load of up to this total weight.

The model is equipped with an automatic Vortex valve responsible for equalizing pressure between the case's interior and the environment. This solution prevents the formation of a vacuum that could hinder opening the case, for example, during air transport or use in a water environment. The valve operates automatically, reacting to pressure differences without requiring user intervention, which increases the ease of operating the entire system.

The box is equipped with 2 Press&Pull latches located on the sides of the lid. The mechanism automatically locks upon closing, ensuring tightness and security of the transported contents. Opening occurs with a light press of the latch, allowing for easy handling.

The design of the case allows for the use of a padlock, securing the contents from unauthorized access both during transport and storage. The model has a single transport handle located at the top, allowing for convenient and stable carrying.
