Olight 18650 3,6V 3400mAh Battery

I definitely recommend this branded 18650 battery. The actual capacity is 3400mAh, which matches the specification – the battery lasts a long time and discharges slowly. A big advantage is the built-in PCB module. The product is worth every penny spent.

The battery is fine – you just have to remember it requires a separate charger, e.g. Omni Dok, because it won't charge in the Olight torch itself (in my case S2R Baton).

The Olight rechargeable battery is so far the only product from the shop that I can't rate very positively. Before reviewing, I conducted a test for fairness, comparing with a 3000mAh battery. I was surprised that after full charging, the Olight had the same capacity (3000mAh), not the 3400mAh claimed by the manufacturer. The test involved running the torch on the brightest setting in a room with constant temperature. Both batteries lasted about 5 hours, so the actual capacity of the Olight matched the cheaper battery. I believe that when buying Olight I'll get exactly what the manufacturer describes. A plus is that the 3000mAh is sufficient, unlike other brands that perform worse. I give 3 stars only for the acceptable capacity, but I expected more.

When looking for a branded, reliable battery for a torch, this one met all my requirements. It's capacious, has protections and lasts long. The higher price is justified – quality costs.
