Nils Camp pegs and rope set

This is a very solid set for pitching a tarp or tent. Although the pegs are thin, they turn out to be durable and hold well in the ground. The guy lines with reflectors and adjustment are strong and clearly visible from a great distance.

Sturdy and durable pegs, and at the same time exceptionally light and available in large quantities. At this price, they’re unbeatable. The cords have intense reflectors, so in wilder terrain it’s better to replace them with something less eye-catching. But for camping with children they’re great – clearly visible, so it’s harder to trip over them or lose them when packing.

The pegs are of average quality compared to more expensive models, but it doesn't matter much since they will be used in the ground anyway. At this price for 10 pieces, it is worth buying them, especially since the set also includes guy lines with reflective elements – they might come in handy if needed.

The pegs are lightweight and at the same time very durable. I really tried hard to bend them with my hands, but even though they're made of aluminium, I couldn't – they’re very solid. You can confidently hit them with a metal hammer when driving them in and nothing will happen to them. The cords are nice because they shine at night, so it’s hard to trip over them.

Very good cords, they have a reflective braid, so a torch makes them highly visible. The pegs themselves are light, but they can come out of soft ground. I use them to secure a parasol. Perhaps one day I’ll modify them and add some teeth.
