The US M67 Combat Pack bag is made of sturdy thick fabric and can be carried on the shoulder, using the attached wide strap, and in the hand, holding the carrying handle.
The bag can also be attached to an LBV vest, belt or MOLLE vests, with two ALICE-type clips . The main pocket is closed with a hood pulled by two straps. On the sides of the bag there are ALICE-type mounting tapes for attaching small cargo holds. In the upper part of the bag there is a window for the owner's ID. On the underside there are two pull-down straps allowing to attach, for example, a jacket, rolled bedspread, etc.

It's a good, well-made bag.

The bag surprised me very positively – it is spacious, looks solid and like a cheap replica. The only thing that bothers me is the rain cover and the hanging straps.

I am very satisfied with this small bag. The material is high quality and the capacity is sufficient to fit lunch for work. Additional pockets would be useful, but I am very pleased nonetheless.

Thanks to the rain cover, its capacity is about 8 litres. The lower straps allow you to attach a bag with a diameter of 13 cm and a length of about 35 cm, which gives an additional 6 litres – just right for a DD 3x3 tarp and a Snugpack blanket. On the sides you can even attach large, 3-litre pockets (e.g., from a 2QT canteen). As a shoulder bag, it doesn't impress with remarkable capacity, although it is very nice. With the waist-strap harness it fits really a lot. It's also perfect as a bag for 10x50 binoculars – even larger models fit in as well.

The bag is of decent quality. The downside is the rain cover, as it is not attached to the bottom of the bag, which makes it hard to take things out. Once you remove it, the bag is very practical. I recommend it.
