The gloves fit the hand perfectly, providing very good feel for the weapon and controls. Unfortunately, after firing about 100 rounds from the Grot (with a C grip), gas from the gas tube burned a substantial hole in this 'non-flammable' material on the inside of the thumb. I also had a problem with burning the thumb in ordinary tactical gloves, but I chose these expensive, branded 'non-flammable' gloves specifically to avoid such situations.

On the top side, the gloves feature fast-drying, flame-resistant, breathable Nomex, while the palm side is constructed with goatskin and split leather, reinforced in key areas. The inner fabric is flame-retardant and water-repellent. The materials ensure a superior feel and snug fit. To enhance durability, Kevlar threads have been incorporated throughout.
Specialized stitching on the fingertips and a narrow U-shaped cut allow for precise tasks with ropes, weaponry, radios, and sensitive equipment. The thumb and index finger are touchscreen compatible.
The open, short cuff facilitates easy removal and donning. A secure fit and protection from dust and sand are ensured by the durable, elastic rubber at the wrists. An internal loop enables attachment to gear components.
