The USMC Vest tactical vest is made of strong polyester mesh that is resistant to stretching and mechanical damage and provides adequate ventilation.
The vest has a total of 7 pockets:
- triple magazine pouch for M4/M16 magazines,
- triple CQB pouch for smaller magazines,
- chest cargo pouch,
- modular universal holster,
- ALICE straps on the back panel,
- two internal pockets.
The pockets are tightened with rubber, which holds all magazines securely and prevents them from falling out during dynamic actions. Additionally, when the vest is used in MOUT/CQB operations, the flap can be tucked inside the pocket for quick access to the stored magazines.
The universal holster included with the vest is fully adjustable. Three carrying straps are sewn onto the back panel for attaching additional elements with ALICE clips. These straps are lined with Velcro, which further stabilises the attached pockets.
The vest has two internal zipped pockets and an emergency handle. It is also fully adjustable to the user's height and width (Velcro and adjustable straps). The waist adjustment range of the vest is 83-120 cm. The tactical belt is adjustable from 66 to 112 cm, ensuring a good fit and comfort of use.
