This is the second time I've chosen this model, but in a different colour. I wore one like this for a year and was very pleased with it. It's easy to wash and iron. Looks great for work, service, or even just around town. Appears respectable. It's a perfect option for summer. The fabric doesn’t trap heat, and this particular light blue colour looks sky-like. It has a slightly military look. The sizing matches up, but pay attention if you have a large neck, as the collar may not fasten.
