Mil-Tec M2 Artillery Compass

The M2 compass is a faithful replica of the M2 artillery model used by the US Army. Its construction allows for precise determination of azimuth and direction.

The durable green composite housing is secured with a latch, effectively protecting the mechanism from damage during transport. The dial diameter is 65 mm, and when closed, the compass measures 70 x 70 x 22 mm.

The use of the bearing compass function enables accurate direction determination thanks to special sighting devices such as the front and rear sights. The needle, mounted on a pivot, allows azimuth measurement with a 1° scale, and its adjustment is carried out using a side adjustment screw.

The lid features a built-in mirror with a sighting slit, making precise readings easier.

Both the front and rear sighting devices are designed for user convenience, even in demanding terrain conditions. Built-in levels improve stability, helping to properly position the device.

The fluorescent dial and needle allow the compass to be used in low-light conditions. When closed, the mechanism locks the dial, preventing accidental movement and securing precise settings.

Thanks to its solid construction and practical features, it is suitable for tactical operations as well as outdoor navigation and tourism.
