Mil-Tec Lightstick 5 pcs. IR - Infrared

Set of 5 pieces of lightsticks emitting infrared light - visible in night vision devices. The lightstick functions as a light source without the use of power and provides illumination for 8-12 hours, enhancing safety or illuminating a space.

The plastic casing contains a glass vial with a chemical substance and dye that activate upon breaking. The combination of substances initiates a chemical reaction that causes glowing without generating heat.

Easy to carry thanks to its light weight and handles

The lightstick source is light and compact. A hole and hook at the top allow easy attachment to EDC equipment or a backpack or clothing. The waterproof construction allows use even while diving.

    Well... it shines, as you would expect from an ordinary, not very bright chemical light. The brightness gradually decreases during use, so the claimed lighting time is rather exaggerated, although a minimal glow lasts for quite a long time.

    Lights are as expected, they work properly, although for me they don't stay on for 8-12 hours. Plus points for the size and the option to attach, e.g. to a backpack. Worth buying, especially on promotion. I recommend it.

    The lights generally work as they should, but their brightness and the duration of illumination are quite limited. In practice, they shine brightly for 1-2 hours. Nevertheless, they are still better than M-Tac.

    An advantage is the option to attach them. They are suitable for marking and signalling. You can pin them to a handbag or backpack in the evening, which increases our visibility. Buying them as a set is more cost-effective.
