The Plate Carrier tactical vest is made of durable polyester coated with PVC on the inside. It was equipped with Velcro-fastened pockets for ballistic inserts.
Instead of traditional patch tapes (pals) for mounting additional equipment, the Laser-Cut-Loop-System - laminated polyester with laser-cut holes compatible with the MOLLE/PALS standard - was used. A velcro panel on the front allows attaching any patches or emblems, such as the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
The vest's fit to the wearer is made possible by Velcro adjustable shoulders. The front and back sections are connected by straps fastened with polymer buckles, so the vest remains stable on the wearer's body even during running or other activities. A rubber section of the cummerbund belt located on the back increases comfort and freedom of movement.
The interior is covered with a mesh material to improve ventilation, and foam padding increases the comfort of wearing the vest weighted down with a brace.
On the back of the vest is placed a solid rescue handle.
