The Plate Carrier tactical vest is constructed from robust polyester with an interior coated in PVC. It features Velcro-secured pockets designed for ballistic inserts.
In place of traditional patch tapes (pals) for affixing additional gear, the Laser-Cut-Loop-System is utilized - this comprises laminated polyester with laser-cut holes that adhere to the MOLLE/PALS standard. To accommodate attachments such as the national flag, unit emblem, or Morale Patches, a Velcro panel on the front is provided.
The vest accommodates the wearer through Velcro-adjustable shoulders. The front and back connections are secured with straps featuring polymer buckles, ensuring stability even during activities like running. Enhanced comfort and mobility are afforded by a rubber section on the back of the cummerbund belt.
The interior is lined with a mesh material for improved ventilation, with foam padding enhancing comfort when the vest is loaded.
A sturdy rescue handle is positioned on the back of the vest.
