If you don't have a Camelbak, it's worth buying this insert from Mil-Tec. It's solidly made, cheap and resistant to intensive use. It's really worth recommending.

Great quality hydration insert. I can recommend it with a clear conscience to everyone – for such a low price you get very good quality.

The workmanship is of a high level, but the taste of the water leaves a lot to be desired – you can clearly smell the rubber, which puts you off drinking. Maybe it will improve over time, but for now, I would only use it for emergencies.

Very good quality hydration insert. I highly recommend it to everyone, because it is really worth it – the price is low compared to the excellent quality offered.

An average hydrator for this price. Unfortunately, the mouthpiece was eaten by mice, so I had to order a new one. The material is solid, the tube does not crack, I keep it in my backpack, but I will probably buy a cover for it in the future.
