As is often the case with Mil-Tec—the contents of the first aid kit are not outstanding. The price-to-quality ratio is very good—only about 30 PLN. Tested outdoors—for a more serious wound you'd need to go to hospital, and the kit is sufficient for single use on minor cuts. For a bicycle or walking rucksack I highly recommend it, but for longer trips it's better to choose a bigger kit. A good and noteworthy proposition.

Very practical first aid kit, which can be fitted almost anywhere. The range of contents seems fine – it has the most essential items. The only thing missing is disposable gloves, but they can be easily added as there is still space for a few small, flat items.
