As is often the case with Mil-Tec – the kit's contents are not outstanding. The price-to-quality ratio is very good – only about 30 PLN. Tested in the field – for a serious wound you would need to go to the hospital, but the kit is enough for one-time minor injuries. For a cycling or hiking backpack I highly recommend it, but for longer trips it's better to get a bigger kit. Good and noteworthy option.
