Well-equipped set for a large first aid kit. It's not completely complete, but that depends on individual needs. Personally, I additionally bought cooling dressings, a resuscitation mask, blister plasters, wound strips, disinfectant spray, and a tactical bandage. However, the number of plasters, bandages, dressings, and triangular bandages is sufficient, and the scissors are of high quality.

Great that at least one ready-made insert set for the first aid kit is available. It doesn't fit entirely into the Helikon Modular Med Kit A-TACS, because there are many different useful things here :-)
