A solid fire starter at an affordable price. You can easily light a campfire with it, although it's better to use a knife instead of the included metal plate. The rod is fairly large, so it will last for many uses.

Mil-Tec Fire Steel Large is durable and reliable. Easy to use and lights a fire quickly – ideal for survival. The downside could be that it wears down relatively quickly.

The firestarter produces a lot of sparks and makes it easy to light a campfire. Looks solid, although for striking I recommend using a knife instead of the included metal plate.

Great fire steel! Previously I ordered a cheap product from Temu, where the magnet was only in the middle, but here the whole rod is magnetic and it really works. The price is also very favourable, so I can recommend it.

Solid firestarter at a good price. Takes a bit of practice, but once you get it, it produces lots of sparks. Its small size makes it easy to always carry with you.

A solid fire steel with a lot of material for making sparks – no unnecessary extras. It creates good sparks, so it works as it should. The striker is average, but usable. I recommend it.

The firesteel works great, gives off lots of sparks – provided you don't use the included scraper. It's better to make your own sparker or use the spine of a knife.

Good fire steel, produces strong sparks and fits well in the hand. It's worth swapping the striker for a better one, or using a knife – then it works great.

The firestarter will work even for beginners. It's very easy to start a fire thanks to the large number of sparks. I highly recommend it!

Very handy for lighting a campfire in any conditions. Small and practical, easy to put in your pocket or pouch. The rod is thick, easy to use and gives a lot of sparks. I recommend it.

It's my third firestarter from this brand, and again it works very well. The advantage is the thick and long rod, which makes it easy to get lots of sparks. The plate needs to be replaced, it's better to use the spine of a knife. I recommend it!

Solid and durable fire steel. Produces strong sparks, easily lights dry grass, cotton wool, or birch bark. The handle is comfortable, and the striker even works well in damp conditions. Among the cheaper models, this one is really worth attention.

This is my second fire steel from this manufacturer and again I am very satisfied. The advantage is the thick, long rod that produces plenty of strong sparks. The striker should be replaced – it’s best to use the spine of a knife. I recommend!

The fire steel is light, compact and produces a decent spark. Thanks to the attachment option, you can always keep it at hand, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the included striker is poor quality, better to use a knife. The fire steel itself works well and I recommend it.

I have two of these firesteels – one in use, one as a spare. Solid, thick rod that won't wear out too quickly. I usually use a knife and everything works flawlessly; I've already lit dozens of campfires, and the firesteel will last much longer. I recommend it.
