For trips in the field or mountains, these socks work very well. They are more comfortable than others thanks to the cotton content, but this does slightly reduce ventilation and moisture wicking – however, the difference is not significant. For those seeking very breathable and thermo-active socks, it is better to choose ones without cotton and with more Coolmax.

I bought two pairs. Perfect for autumn and winter. The seams aren't bothersome, they're comfortable, elastic, and fit the feet well. Size 46 fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

Very good socks for trekking boots, but they will also work in tactical boots – they're relatively long. Size 39-41 turned out to be a bit too loose for my size 42 foot; the sizing could be smaller.

Very good and thick socks for this price. They are great for tactical boots, but more for shorter outings (5-10 km) rather than all-day marches. Spending 8-10 hours in them, even in heavy urban boots, is not a problem. Overall, I recommend them.

It's worth remembering that CoolMax is a summer fibre, and thick socks are designed for trekking or tactical footwear. If you're looking for something warm and thick, go for merino wool or thermolite. Plus for the uniform black colour, exactly as in the photo – no separated zones. The price is also very attractive (from other sport sock manufacturers, for this amount you wouldn't even be able to buy ankle socks).
