Mil-Tec Comforter Traveller Sleeping Bag - Black
An exceptionally robust sleeping bag in Black, mummy-shaped, designed to provide comfortable body positioning and freedom of movement while you sleep. Made from durable polyester, it features a tough outer layer and synthetic filling.
Temperatures and operating conditions
The Comforter Traveller sleeping bag's temperature range is specified according to EN ISO 23537-1:
- T-comfort: 7°C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit: 2°C – the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -12°C – the lowest temperature at which brief survival in the sleeping bag is possible; this is not recommended for standard use.
Polyester construction
The outer layer, made of polyester, provides effective protection against abrasion, mechanical damage, and moisture, while the inner polyester lining ensures a pleasant feel against the skin. This combination of materials is equally suitable for field trips and relaxed camping.
Synthetic filling
Synthetic polyester insulation forms the sleeping bag's filling, keeping the weight down while maintaining thermal comfort. The quilted construction prevents the fibres from shifting, ensuring even warmth distribution.
Right-side zip with protective strip
This model features a two-way zip on the right-hand side, further secured with a Velcro tab.
Built-in hood for protection against the cold
Anatomically shaped hood provides reliable head protection from the cold. A drawcord minimises heat loss, enhancing comfort during colder nights, while the internal thermal collar effectively limits the flow of cold air into the sleeping bag.
Easy to transport and store
The sleeping bag's design enables convenient carrying and storage. Once packed, it measures 37 x 19 cm and weighs 1000 g, so it can be transported without unnecessary weight.
