I bought them for winter, for light frosts. They retain warmth quite effectively, so my feet don’t get cold. On the outside, they hardly get wet at all, keep their shape well, and don’t lose their colour.

These Miły te Himera shoes present great quality. They perform really solidly at the start. For this price, they're exceptional. I recommend them; they match the set perfectly. The tread is excellent.
-
Great quality and great price, as always MIL positively surprises me in this price range. I have a lot of things from this brand and I have never been disappointed, even though I have also tested products from other companies.

The shoes were immediately very comfortable, I didn’t have to worry about choosing the size, 42 fits me perfectly, and I have a standard foot. Nothing caused discomfort or blisters. I tested them straight away in demanding conditions – during strong wind and rain at the Opener, and later during a more than 2-kilometer walk back to my accommodation in difficult weather conditions and they performed excellently. My feet stayed dry and warm, I only had a slight dampness on the socks above the ankle (short socks), but that was probably due to short trousers, a rain poncho, and the lack of a high boot upper – with long trousers this probably wouldn’t have been a problem. I think these are not shoes for hot summer, they’re more ideal for the transitional period, when trainers are too cold and wet, but it’s too early for boots. For me, it was a great choice and I am very pleased.
-
The shoes are extremely comfortable, well-made and have a durable sole. The size I chose online (42) fits perfectly and does not pinch anywhere. After a two-week trip I noticed no signs of wear – I believe they will last a long time. I definitely recommend them.

I’ve been using the Mil-Tec Chimera boots in real outdoor conditions for some time now, and I’m very satisfied with them. Even though they are black and used in wet grass and muddy terrain, they don’t show dirt as much as expected and still look good after use. Comfort is solid. During a 4-hour outdoor activity in around 20°C with standard cotton socks, my feet didn’t overheat at all. Even in warmer conditions (around 24°C), including time spent sitting in the sun, my feet stayed comfortable — no overheating, no bad smell after taking them off. Waterproof performance works as it should. Walking through wet grass and damp terrain, my feet stayed completely dry with no signs of moisture inside. At the same time, the boots are surprisingly breathable for this level of water resistance. They are also lightweight, which makes a noticeable difference during outdoor activity. The outsole is aggressive and provides very good traction — whether on sand, wet grass, mud, or while climbing. It really adds stability in different conditions. The laces also deserve credit — they hold very well and don’t come loose easily, even when not tied extremely tight. One thing to note: despite the self-cleaning tread design, they don’t fully clean themselves. After muddy use, they still need to be rinsed. Visually, they look great — more like clean outdoor footwear than typical military boots. Overall, very solid boots — comfortable, waterproof, breathable, lightweight, and functional. Definitely worth the price.

I like the sturdy construction and the grip, but it has poor sizing, I had to order one size higher than my standard size. The membrane and the thick, rigid construction traps too much heat making the feet very hot and sweaty no matter if you wear any kind of socks or no socks. Unless you plan to use them in the winter or late autumn, I don't recommend using them in any slightly warm environment or indoors.
-
For this price, the shoes are great – they're light, although I feel like my foot tilts slightly inward. The hard sole effectively transfers weight from the heel to the toes. The sizing is accurate: size 46 equals 28.7 cm and provides a good fit. The shoes are unlikely to stretch over time.
-
At this price, they are very good shoes. Ideal for everyday use, they perform well as long as you don't use them in extreme conditions. Solid workmanship, they shouldn't surprise you negatively. A product worth recommending.
-
Overall the shoes are fine, but as others have mentioned – in high temperatures your feet sweat a lot in them, and I also experienced discomfort because of my big toe (nail), which got rubbed, leading to slight pain. Maybe it's worth choosing a larger size, as the shoe is unlikely to stretch due to the toe reinforcement.
-
I've used these shoes throughout the whole winter and several times on warmer days. At temperatures around 0°C and below, they perform excellently, but in warmer weather or when spending a long time indoors, your feet start to sweat – but that's typical for shoes with a membrane. The downside is that, despite what's mentioned in the description, they do not have a quick lacing system (I bought two pairs and neither had it).
-
To be honest, for this price, these shoes are really great – they work perfectly outside at temperatures from -5 to 10°C, you can't feel them on your feet, the sole provides very good grip (even on ice), I’ve walked through deep puddles in them several times and they didn’t get wet at all. The only downside is that in enclosed rooms they can cause feet to sweat, but apart from that, at this price, I honestly recommend them.

Very good shoes. I bought them for winter, for light frost. They insulate heat well, your feet won’t get cold. They hardly get wet from the outside. They keep their shape and colour well.
-
The shoes positively surprised me with their quality, they look much better in real life than in the photos. They are light, comfortable, and at the same time seem durable. Membrane test – after an hour in wet grass, my feet were dry. I recommend them!

I had two pairs (one replaced on warranty)... The shoes are comfortable and look good, but calling them "armoured" is a bit of an exaggeration. After about a year of intensive use, they split in the same place, at the seam of the rubber toe cap. Nevertheless, considering the price, I recommend them.
