At first, there was a problem with the insert going out, but I managed to solve it. After lighting the carbon stick, you should leave the heater open for a few minutes until the carbon is glowing along about 2 cm. If you notice that the device is heating more weakly, it's a good idea to occasionally open the heater for a moment, so the carbon gets some air and burns more strongly. For me, one insert lasts about 5-6 hours of operation. I recommend this method.
Safe cartridges for carbon heater.
There are 20 pieces in the package.

The refills are easy to light, don’t have an annoying smell, so they’re not bothersome. They actually burn for about 5 hours, but can get so hot that I had to take the warmer out of my pocket not to get burned.
-
If you use a hand warmer, you need these refills, so it’s worth buying them and having a spare. Products from this company work without any problems. I recommend them.
-
If you have a hand warmer, you’ll need these refills anyway, so I recommend always having some as spare. The charcoal sticks from this company work well and I’ve never had any problems with them. I recommend them.
-
In my opinion, they are average: half of the refills went out before they burned out fully. I’ll look for a more reliable solution.
-
You have to light them well—a jet flame lighter is very useful.
-
It fulfils its function.
-
When burning, the refill doesn’t emit an unpleasant smell. There isn’t much ash left. When the warmer stops working, it’s easy to tell when the refill needs to be replaced or relit. Easy to replace outdoors, unlike petrol-powered warmers. It can also serve as kindling. I recommend it.
-
They don’t have an unpleasant odour, they’re effective and provide heat. I recommend them.
-
They work very well. It’s worth buying and using them.
-
They burn for a long time, giving nice warmth.
-
I bought extra refills for my hand warmer – they’re practical and work well as an emergency source of heat outdoors.
-
As long as you light them well, they keep you warm for several hours.
-
It works, doesn’t go out and keeps warm for about 4 hours.

They are effective, easy to light, and don’t emit any smell. I recommend them.
