Unfortunately, my impressions after first trying these shoes are quite disappointing. Already during the first use, while on shift, the upper layer of material over the toes cracked, which resulted in a hole. I don’t recall catching them on anything, so I rate the durability of this material very poorly. The ventilation is also poor. After a few hours, my foot was sweating heavily and started sliding around inside the shoe, which led to chafing while driving. Loosening the laces later on did practically nothing to improve airflow, even with the air conditioning on. What speaks in their favour is certainly the appearance and the low weight. Unfortunately, the slippery sole, poor breathability, and above all the material damage on the very first day mean that I would not recommend these shoes either for long shifts or for trekking. At this price, I would expect much better durability.

They look quite traditional, resembling many other trekking shoes. On the plus side, they are made of genuine leather and are very comfortable (tested during a weekend hiking trip in the mountains). I haven't checked their waterproofing, but I think they don't have a typical membrane, which probably provides better breathability than shoes with classic water protection.

The shoes are very comfortable, well made and fit my feet perfectly. I appreciate their lightness (I'm not a fan of heavy trekking shoes) and the fact that they are made from natural leather, which ensures good air circulation. Additionally, I waterproofed them for better protection against water. I definitely recommend them!

Very good and comfortable shoes for hiking, they performed excellently during a weekend in the mountains. I appreciate that they are made from natural leather, which improves breathability. After waterproofing, they didn't get wet when walking on wet grass. I definitely recommend them!

This footwear does not match the description. The membrane mentioned is either missing or does not correspond to reality. I wore them for half a day, walked in -10°C frost – my foot got wet and cold. I do not recommend it!

They seem normal, but they let moisture through. After half a day in the snow, my socks were wet. They also let the wind through in strong gusts, which is a bit misleading. But overall, they might be okay.

I bought these boots. Walking in the snow at -8°C resulted in wet feet. I do not recommend. The claimed membrane does not work. Money thrown in the bin. Even Talan brand boots keep your feet dry.

Excellent footwear, extremely comfortable and carefully made, they perform superbly when worn. They provide great protection outdoors and are very comfortable. You can confidently go for a walk in them. I definitely recommend them.
