Travel first-aid kit with large equipment manufactured by Leina-Werke GmbH. The medical kit includes up to 43 items. The entire kit is housed in a Belt Pouch Large cargo pouch in OD green. The pocket is made of abrasion- and tear-resistant oxford polyester with a waterproof PVC coating on the inside. The pocket closes with a two-way zipper. Inside there is an additional compartment and an organizer in the form of elastic bands, dedicated to storing small accessories.
The first aid kit can be clipped to a backpack or belt with the help of two straps. In addition, the manufacturer has equipped the pocket with Molle/Pals standard mounting straps allowing to attach additional pouches and pockets.

The first aid kit is very practical – despite its small size, it fits really a lot of things. The insert has been well fitted and there is also room for extra items according to your own needs. You can attach it to your belt or backpack. I bought it for the car, but it also works great during hikes in a backpack. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The pouch itself is sturdy and the zips work flawlessly, although it could unzip all the way to the bottom, which would make access to the inside easier.
