It's a regular tarpaulin, similar to the ones sold in supermarkets, except I probably wouldn't find this size in Mrówka, which is why I added it to my order. Yesterday I checked out other things from this shop, and the tarpaulin was used on the ground and performed well.
Mil-Tec 1,9x3m Tarp - Olive
Universal camp tarp in Olive color, measuring 1.9 x 3 m. It can be used for survival activities, field training, bivouacs, and camping. Designed for building shelters, camouflage, use as a vehicle cover, temporary canopy, or protection from wind and precipitation.
Durable polyester construction with reinforced corners
Made from lightweight polyester (100 g/m²) with a polyethylene coating. The material is resistant to mechanical damage, UV radiation, and mold growth. Water resistance rated at 3000 mm/m² means that a three-meter column of water pressing on the surface will not cause leaks. The corners are reinforced with plastic support inserts, and the edges are additionally stitched with two layers of fabric to enhance overall durability.
Versatile and easy to use
The model is equipped with 10 reinforced aluminum mounting points, allowing for multiple setup configurations. The eyelets can be used for hanging, attaching cords, setting up guy lines, or frame-supported constructions. It is also possible to connect several tarps into a larger surface or convert it into a transport bag.

Not much to say: it's a tarpaulin. Nothing exceptional. It's thick and seems sturdy. It's a bit heavy, not very compact and I would have preferred it to be 3x3 metres, but for this price it's OK.
-
For this price, the tarp works brilliantly. It's simple, well-sealed, doesn't let water through, and handles both rain and wind well. It can be used as shelter above a hammock, as ground cover, or as quick protection for various things. A big plus is the numerous attachment points, which means you can set it up in many ways without unnecessary complications. It's not the lightest tarp – it has some weight and takes up more space when packed, but because of that, it seems really durable. I wouldn't recommend it for very lightweight hiking, but for this price, it's a very good choice for camping or for the car.
-
I actually bought the tarpaulin to cover my laundry for drying on the balcony on cold days. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out. Now I use it when camping to protect the hammock from rain.
-
The Mil-Tec 1.9x3 m bivouac tarp is a sensible choice in terms of quality-to-price ratio. It weighs a bit too much to be conveniently carried in a backpack, but in my case, I keep it in the car, so that's not a problem for me.
-
The tarp does its job well, but for this size it seems a bit heavy. Taking into account the weight, price, and sturdiness, I rate it a strong 4/5, with one star less due to the weight.
-
I rate the use of the product as 5, I have no comments here. However, the weight of the tarp is very high. For this size, this is a huge disadvantage – if I need to reduce the weight of my equipment, the tarp is the first to go, because its weight does not match its usefulness and having it loses its sense. This is an outdated model. For people counting every penny and who really need rain protection, it may work – hence the rating of 4. However, I advise everyone else to consider buying something else, as there are better options on the market.
-
Has the structure of a tarpaulin and rustles a bit, but otherwise it's okay. Too small for my hammock, so I had to buy a bigger one. Now I carry it in the car as an emergency option.
-
It's more of a tarpaulin than a tarp, but it does its job. Unfortunately after a year the material began to wear out, and it's bigger and less handy than more expensive tarps, so it takes up a lot of space in the backpack. However, if you have a limited budget, I can recommend this product.
-
I am very satisfied with the price and solidity. The tarpaulin performed brilliantly during heavy rainfall – nothing leaked or was blown away. Highly recommend to everyone.
-
Cheap, large and durable tarpaulin. It saved me during a storm while camping – when the tent leaked, I covered it with this tarp and nothing leaked any more. Light and compact when folded, I highly recommend always having it on hand.
-
A typical tarp, nothing fancy, but does its job fully. It has lots of mounting points and is large, giving many options for building a shelter.
-
Ordinary tarpaulin, quite large and at a good price. I recommend it as an alternative to a tent or as protection from rain. For now, I'm waiting for more demanding tests to be able to assess it better.
-
You won’t find a better tarp for this price. I tested it in strong wind by the lake – the eyelets held, everything worked perfectly. It may look unimpressive, but does the job. Fast delivery, well done Militaria.pl.

Decent, fairly thick tarpaulin. Can be used as a floor, roof or spare gear in your backpack because it's lightweight and doesn't take up much space. Also useful for the car when camping. Recommend it.
