For the low price, it's okay if you're a beginner wanting to gain your first experiences with a tarp, but the material is correspondingly cheap, fiddly to fold, and extremely loud when it moves in the wind, etc. It's not particularly comfortable to pack or carry with you, and you should only buy it if you really know what you're getting into. Otherwise, everything is fine regarding the eyelets and the stability.
