MFH Scorpion Softshell Jacket - Black
Windproof, waterproof and breathable jacket made of elastic softshell material. Lined on the inside with a pleasant to the touch lining. It has a practical hood to protect your head from rain and cold.
The jacket effectively protects against rain thanks to a water resistance of 8000 mm/m2. The outer layer of the fabric has a Teflon coating that repels moisture and protects against dirt.
The breathability of the material is 5000 g/m2, which prevents excessive sweating. The model also has ventilation holes under the arms, which can be opened to reduce the risk of overheating during strenuous activities.
The jacket has six practical pockets:
- two large pockets on the stomach with additional compartments inside and an opening for headphones,
- one pocket on the back below the shoulder blades with access from the right and left side,
- two sleeve pockets at shoulder height,
- one pocket on the left sleeve above the wrist.
The front pockets are located higher than in standard jackets. This allows them to be used even when the backpack's waist belt is fastened. All pockets are closed with zips, which significantly reduces the risk of losing the items carried in them.
Another advantage of the Scorpion model is the two-way main zip, which can be unzipped from both the top and the bottom, allowing quick access to, for example, a weapon located at the waist. All zips are made by the renowned Japanese brand YKK.
The hood is equipped with a visor to protect the face from dripping water. When not in use, the hood can be tucked into the collar. Additional protection against the cold and wind is provided by the cuffs, adjustable with a Velcro flap, and the drawstrings at the waist and collar.
There are velcro panels on both shoulders to attach any patches or emblems, e.g. national flag, unit emblem or Morale Patches.
