A year ago I bought these shoes for trekking and walking my dog in the forest. The opinions below really surprise me, as I'm just buying the same model for my partner. For this price, the quality is truly excellent. The shoes are extremely comfortable, don't let water in and keep warmth well. They are reliable even when wading through mud or walking on stones, branches, ice and snow. The biggest advantage is that it's almost impossible to slip in them – I tested this many times on ice and snow with my 30-kilogram amstaff. After over a year of daily use in autumn and winter, there are no signs of wear at all. Maybe I am not a very demanding user, but I don't walk on asphalt in them. At this price, the shoes are really very good and I recommend them with a clear conscience.

Max-fuchs is the worst equipment on the market – after a week of wearing them only on asphalt in winter, they started to come apart at the seams. Earlier I bought two pairs of tactical boots and the soles cracked after two weeks in the forest. This is junk that went straight into the bin. I do not recommend!

The shoes are very comfortable and insulate well from the cold. They have a felt insole that is easy to remove and wash. Unfortunately, after just two months of less frequent use, the nylon coating where it joins the leather strap at the back of both shoes began to split. On one hand, the product seems fine, but all in all, it still leaves something to be desired.
