The mat is easy to fold and unfold, insulates well from the ground and is comfortable for this type of mat – definitely better than the army one. Elastic bands on the sides make it easier to attach on the outside, I recommend it.
MFH Fox Outdoor Folding Mat 180x58 - Olive
Folding travel mat in Olive color, made of resilient foam, provides high comfort and softness during use. Ideal for hard and cold surfaces, offering effective insulation.
EVA foam
Flexible EVA foam (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) with perforation reduces the mat’s weight and improves its anti-slip properties. The surface ridges increase effective thickness, resulting in greater softness and better insulation. When folded, the sections interlock, reducing overall volume.
Elastic bands, easy transport
Thanks to the system of cuts and hinges, the mat folds down to compact dimensions. Elastic straps keep it securely packed and prevent accidental unfolding during transport.
Key features
- EVA foam construction

It insulates very well, is light and quite comfortable for a foam mat. Works great outdoors, can be easily attached to the outside of a backpack so it doesn't take up room inside.
-
The mat insulates very well, is light and when folded doesn’t take up much space. With the included elastic bands you can easily attach it to a backpack, I definitely recommend it.
-
The mat is really okay – the only thing is the smell after unpacking, so if you care about sleeping comfort, it's worth airing it out before first use. Unless the smell of synthetic material doesn’t bother you.
-
I tested the mat for several days – it insulates from the ground very well and is comfortable, probably thanks to its bumps. It's light, easy to fold and carries without issues. I'm very pleased.

Great mat, insulates well from the ground, easy to clean and does not absorb moisture. Folds and unfolds quickly, and after folding takes up little space. I recommend buying it.
-
Light and easy to carry, the bumps make it more comfortable than flat mats. Good folding rather than rolling – you can make it into a comfy seat without unwanted rolls. Recommend!
-
Great mat that takes up little space when folded. It works perfectly as a mat for shooting while lying down at the shooting range, I definitely recommend it.
-
The mat stands out for its low weight and takes up less space than similar products on the market. It's a good choice for people with limited luggage space or those who want to lighten their gear.
-
I previously bought a self-inflating mat, but now I understand why this one is so often chosen. Although it takes up more space (but you can attach it outside the backpack), it's light and insulates well. Still, for discreet overnights in the wild, I go for the heavier self-inflating mat, which fits in the backpack.

Good quality product, comfortable to use, and above all, lightweight. It's great for expeditions, the shooting range or camping. As described, I recommend it.
-
It provides good insulation, and after folding, the dirty side does not touch the clean one. It is much more practical than a rolled mat. The material is light but very durable.
-
I tested the mat in the field – it's very light and much more comfortable than a traditional roll-up mat. Folds quickly and easily.

The mat stands out for its light weight and takes up less space than most available products. It's a great option for those with limited luggage space or wanting to reduce gear weight.
-
It's not as comfortable as a classic sleeping mat, but it's much lighter – that's a big plus, especially if you have to attach it to your backpack for long trips. I recommend it for people who spend time in the forest with a backpack. If you're going by car with a tent, a classic air mattress or mat is better.
